Is a prescription guaranteed?+
No. A clinician must determine that treatment is medically appropriate after reviewing your health information and completing any required evaluation.
Where is my health information stored?+
Clinical information is handled within Shepard’s secure care environment and is subject to applicable privacy and security requirements.
Can I use insurance?+
Programs are generally offered as direct-pay services. Insurance coverage for outside laboratory work, medications, or referrals may vary.
What if I have an emergency?+
Miss USA Wellness is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for urgent or life-threatening symptoms.
Can I cancel?+
